The correct booster seat age that parents and caregivers need to keep in mind is ages four to eight.  There is also a required height that goes along with the proper booster seat age and this is 4’9”.  This may seem a little strict to parents but understanding the importance of the booster seat age can help parents be more willing to comply with the law and place their child in a booster seat.
